if you’re terrified of leaving your bedroom, take a long, hot bubble bath…you deserve it. if you’re afraid to leave the house, take a bubble bath and get dressed. if you’re afraid to learn dance, go to a dance studio and watch other girls dancing.

i have a close friend who was not only terrified of leaving her bedroom, she kept the blinds closed. stayed in bed all day. i slowly got her out of her bed and got her to take a shower in the morning and sometimes a bubble bath at night. i never put her down every step of the way.

now she dances, eats right, exercises, sleeps only at night, and feels like a completely different person. the only thing i have ever asked in return, is that she make an attempt to smile. she inspires me every day.

and we’ve never even met in person! i don’t even know what she looks like. those things don’t matter.

so pick up your head and smile. even if it feels fake. if you’re still reading this you’ll succeed. you’re a fighter. deep down you want to succeed…you just aren’t sure how. well stick around and you’ll learn.

I hope every day gets easier and better. You’re awesome! ♥ When you let your smile shine through your pain, you’re even more beautiful! What’s there not to like about you? I can’t think of anything. I wish society would leave you alone so you could see how beautiful you are.
